Only hypertension sufferers will understand the anxiety, headaches, fatigue, chest pain, difficulty breathing, and irregular heartbeats. Sadly, I asked him, “Are there really permanent cures for hypertension?” He answered me, "Yes." I said to myself, so there is a cure all these years, but my doctors refused to open up to me? Tears ran down my cheeks. I summoned the courage to continue the conversation and asked him, “Dr. Ajay, is it that the drug is too expensive or we cannot find it here in Cameroon?”

He replied, "Yes. It is worth it. I challenge you to finish these drugs within the fixed time and then get back to me," he said.

I wasn’t with an amount up to 142,800 XAF, but I was ready to pay anything that would save me from years of pain. Surprisingly, Dr. Ajay said to me, “Mr. Abdou, do not worry about the money because it came to me as a challenge to help you.” I was short of words, but I still insisted on paying, even when I didn’t see the content in the sealed envelope.
